1. Open the client portal
Go to: https://clients.webhostexperts.co.ke
2. Click “Register a New Domain”
You will see it on the home page or in the top navigation under Domains.
3. Search for your desired domain
Enter the domain name you want (e.g., yourname.co.ke) and click Search.
4. Confirm availability
If the domain is available, click Add to Cart.
If not, choose another name or pick from suggestions.
5. Proceed to Checkout
Click Checkout or Continue after adding the domain to your cart.
6. Create an account or log in

New user → Register a New Account

Existing user → Log In
7. Fill in registrant details
Enter required contact details (name, email, phone, address).
These become the official domain ownership records.
8. Select Nameservers (optional)

Leave default nameservers
OR -
Enter custom nameservers if you already have hosting.
9. Choose payment method
Select your preferred method:

M-Pesa
-
Card payment
-
Bank transfer
…depending on what is available in the checkout.
10. Complete payment
Follow the on-screen payment instructions and confirm.
11. Domain gets registered
After payment is confirmed:

Your domain becomes active (usually instantly).

You receive an email confirmation.
12. Manage your domain
Go to Client Area → Domains to:

Update nameservers
-
Manage DNS
-
Renew domain
-
Link it to hosting
